  3. Subject Line - CRITICAL!: This is the most important step! Use your ORDER NUMBER as the subject line of your email. This allows us to quickly and accurately associate the photo with your order. For example, if your order number is #12345, your subject line should be: #12345
  4. Body of the Email (Optional): While the subject line is crucial, you can also add a brief message in the body of the email if you have any specific instructions or requests related to the photo (e.g., "Please crop to focus on the dog's face," or "This is the photo for the left side of the mug").
  5. Attach Your Photo: Attach the photo file to the email. Please ensure the file type is a common image format like JPEG, JPG, PNG, or TIFF.
